Business Development Executive – LATAM

This role is located in Mexico. Seeking interested candidates within Mexico City, Mexico (or who are willing to relocate within the area).

The Business Development Executive builds, maintains, and expands relationships with strategically important large customers placing Aristocrat as a key business partner. The BDE is responsible for managing a whole sales territory to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as well as strategic account objectives. This includes servicing existing customers and seeking out new business opportunities while maintaining and growing the current installed base and creating partnerships inside Aristocrat to achieve these objectives.
What You’ll Do

  • Achieve designated quarterly/annual sales quota and strategic account objectives ensuring consistent and sustained growth.
  • Design and implement strategic plans that expand Aristocrat’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Be a leader with a sharp mind with the ability to coach, train, advise, and motivate team members to create and maintain a high-performance cross-functional team.
  • Showcase Aristocrat´s total range of products and services on assigned key accounts while leading customer-oriented solution efforts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of the different business units (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Credit, Legal, etc.) to meet Aristocrat’s objectives and client’s expectations.
  • Strive to increase account penetration through the sale of the entire span of Aristocrat’s Games Products.
  • Accurately and timely present sales & revenue reports to Sales, BD Director, Latin America – Games.
  • Develop and maintain forecast and budget systems.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes and business proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information and enter order fulfillment information.
  • Responsible for the account planning cycle ensuring customer’s needs are met by our Company.
  • Identify emerging market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ status.
  • Excel at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Leader for the strategic account planning process developing performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for multiyear agreements (Master Sale Agreements).
  • Ensure the correct and effective use of sales strategies, such as AW4S (Aristocrat Way for Sales), Value propositions, and Fast Deal Approvals for every deal as needed.
  • Work on recurring performance analysis and maintenance of our installed base to ensure a high standard for our products and create new placement opportunities through continuous growth of our Fee Per Day.
  • Coordinate the internal process to deliver theme conversions and configuration changes for our recurring revenue base as needed.
  • Close sales following agreed goals and strategies.
  • Keep track of each account credit situation to work on collections efforts and prepare payment plans accordingly.
  • Review and submit business expense reports on time.
  • Travel extensively to strengthen customer relations with face-to-face contact.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of extensive account management and sales experience in a related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently
  • Must have strong negotiation skills and be highly effective at closing deals
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and social skills
  • Ability to create strong, long-term client relationships
  • Demonstrate project management, leadership, and team participation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies
  • Demonstrate creative, innovative, analytical, forward/strategic thinking abilities
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be available to travel as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Display a professional image and appearance
