About the role

We’re looking for a Software Solutions Architect to join our team and help us design and implement software solutions that will meet business needs and strategic goals.

As a Software Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust software systems, ensuring they align with our strategic vision. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain end-to-end software solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.

• Assess the existing architecture, propose a modern alternative, and develop a comprehensive implementation plan.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural designs.

• Lead architecture reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.

• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

• Own and manage solution-wide non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, integrating best practices into our software development lifecycle.

Required skills

• Proven experience as a Software Solutions Architect or similar role.

• Proven expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.

• Strong knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).

• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

• Experience leading architecture reviews and providing mentorship to development teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
