Store Coordinator (REMOTE)

This position is responsible for the administrative support to the Store Planning team. Duties include assisting the Project Management team with accurate data entry of projects’ analytical information into the Tango System, coordinating punch list sign off between construction and operations, process and follow up on vendor purchase orders as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and enter data from Each Capital project and enter into the Tango system.
• Review the Tango analysis reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data entry
• Order Store Planning supplied materials from assigned vendors
• Coordinate receipt of vendors’ proposals, then create, track and manage their purchase orders to ensure accurate delivery of products and services to each project.  (i.e. carpet install, permit expeditor, etc.)
• Review management staff member’s weekly expense reports for adherence to company Travel Expense Policy
• Manage Store Planning Email Inbox.  Print and distribute various Store Planning reports to management staff as required
• Manage punch lists for all projects within store planning department
• Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in construction or contractor management is preferred
• Experience with Tango
• Data entry and analysis experience

The pay range for this opportunity is $21.00- $24.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
