The Role:

As a Sales Engineer at DailyPay, you’ll be a key technical advisor on our Revenue team, partnering with Account Executives to showcase our on-demand pay platform to enterprise clients. You’ll translate complex technical solutions into clear business value, lead product demonstrations, and manage multiple high-stakes opportunities. Your blend of technical expertise and business acumen will help prospects understand how DailyPay drives value for both their organization and employees. You’ll also provide crucial market feedback to shape our product roadmap while ensuring smooth technical evaluations and implementations. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers across all levels of an organization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Drive Sales: Partner with Account Executives to secure new partnerships by discovering client needs and demonstrating the value of DailyPay
  • Build Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders. Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to clients specific needs, highlighting DailyPay’s competitive advantages
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Answer client questions about product functionality, implementation, security, and compliance. This includes owning client diligence such as InfoSec and Privacy evaluations
  • Collaborate Internally: Work with cross-functional teams to address client needs and provide feedback to improve product offerings. Manage the handover of closed deals to the Client Success team for seamless implementation and ongoing support

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3+ years of SaaS Sales Engineering experience with proven enterprise success
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences
  • Excellence in presentation delivery and C-level stakeholder engagement
  • Experience managing complex RFP processes and technical evaluations
  • Bachelor’s degree with track record of exceeding sales performance metrics
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support customers

Nice to Haves:

  • Knowledge of HCM, Payroll, or Payment systems and earned wage access industry

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
