Role Responsibilities

  • Support of food retail customers in the assigned area with the aim of increasing sales and turnover
  • Achieving budget targets through proactive measures
  • Control of listing, distribution and assortment implementation
  • Coordination of sales promotion activities and agreement on secondary placements
  • Goal-oriented management to realize marketing targets
  • Development and implementation of proposals for exploiting the area’s potential
  • Improving shelf shares for optimal rotation utilization
  • Ensuring and controlling the supply of goods for shelves/promotions/actions
  • quality control of external service providers
  • Observation of the behavior of customers, consumers and competitors
  • Intensive contact with decision-makers in the area
  • Efficient and cost-oriented customer and travel planning

Qualifications

• Commercial training or comparable educational qualification
• Extensive sales experience in the branded goods sector and/or retail is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of German retail and its structures
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident use of MS Office
• High willingness to work and travel as well as willingness to work weekends at times
• High flexibility and the ability to adapt to constantly changing parameters through permanent learning ability
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of commitment, resilience and quick comprehension
• Very good communication skills paired with successful negotiating skills and a confident demeanor with customers
• Skilled in dealing with numbers and convincing presentation of results
• Result-oriented independent work, resilience as well as high self-motivation and good organizational talent
• Ability to work in a team
