Campbell’s IT Enterprise Architecture team is seeking an Enterprise Cloud Architect, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and values the opportunity to drive digital transformation across our enterprise. You are an expert in Cloud technologies and infrastructure across various commercial and private cloud service providers – focusing on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
In this role you will…
Facilitate alignment between business and IT, and across the democratized IT landscape.
Engage business and IT stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships.
Adapt to changing business and operating models.
Analyze trends and disruptions and assess their impact on targeted business outcomes.
Tell stories to visualize the future state and trigger long-term planning.
Support various operating models such as project-centric and product-centric.
Communicate the value of enterprise architecture, and its portfolio of services.
Drive the evolution of the EA team’s services and operating model.
Coach and mentor other architects, product owners/managers and business stakeholders to instill architectural thinking.
What you will do…
· Work with a team of Cloud Architects and Systems Engineers to design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud solutions for our cloud systems and applications.
· Design and deploy cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud native services through established Dev/Sec/Ops procedures.
· Perform assessments of existing systems and applications and provide architectures that are secure, scalable, and highly resilient while optimizing costs through analysis of usage patterns and trends.
· Develop cloud computing strategies and solutions that provide cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, architecture, development, and management through infrastructure pipelines.
· Assess and determine migration strategies and plans for all types of cloud migrations (Re-hosting, Re-platforming, Re-Architecting, etc.)
· Analyze hard problem sets and emerging technology needs and supports the development of Campbells cloud capabilities to meet these challenges through active participation in internal research and development efforts.
· Interface with industry, academia, and research centers to proactively identify emerging cloud technology and best practices that can be applied to address current and future needs and to stay informed on innovative technology trends.
· Provide guidance and support to technical teams during the implementation of cloud solutions.
· Develop and maintain cloud-based documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies and procedures, and training materials.
· Work with vendors and partners to identify suitable cloud-based solutions.
· Identify and address security risks and ensure that our cloud infrastructure is secure.
· Monitor and optimize cloud-based infrastructure for performance and cost.
· Work with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure that our cloud infrastructure is highly available and reliable.
· Stay up to date with cloud-based technologies and recommend improvements to our infrastructure.
· Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure that our cloud-based solutions align with our organizational goals.
· Coach and mentor other architects and delivery teams.
· Contribute to maturing EA practice at Campbells.
What you bring to the table…
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
· Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of cloud-based technologies and architecture.
· Expert level Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
· Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
· Deep knowledge of cloud FinOps and cost remediation strategies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience establishing and running cloud center of excellence for the enterprise
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Professional certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect, are desirable.
· Proven experience of transitioning enterprise applications securely to the cloud

· Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
· Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, Yaml, Python
· Kubernetes / Micro services design and deployment for multi-tier applications.
· Full Infrastructure as Code through Azure Dev Ops.
· Azure cost control and cost optimization.
· Power BI report building. Automation of ITIL through ServiceNow integration.
· Awareness of existing, new, and emerging technologies, and processing environments.
· Effective leadership skills with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
· Strong consulting skills such as targeted communications, engagement management, stakeholder management and business development.
· Mastery of all components of enterprise architecture, business & IT principles, and processes.
