Tell me more about this role, what would I be doing?

Job Summary:

The Account Service Team Analyst I is responsible for helping the company’s Easy Place and uReport clients with any questions or challenges using the Easy Place or uReport systems.

Essential Functions:

• Works with Excel spreadsheets with client data.
• Assist with special projects.
• Answer client billing questions.
• Assist agents with commissions questions.
• Monitors the request inbox for customer questions or issues.
• Conducts system testing for new releases.
• Answers client calls.
• Assists clients with coverage needs and special requests.
• Helps clients with claims submissions.
• Works with underwriting to assist clients with master policy changes and endorsements.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus.
• Property and Casualty License, or willingness to obtain within ninety days (The company pays for the P&C license class and exam fees). Insurance Agency experience is helpful but not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• MS Office Suite, advanced MS Excel capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Great attention to detail.
• Big picture thinking and vision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
• Organized with excellent time management skills with emphasis on multiple deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit for extended periods of time; reach with hands and arms; bend and perform manual tasks.
• The employee will be required to communicate verbally and by phone.
• Visual acuity is required including color, depth perception, and field of vision.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including skills, experience, work location and more.  We offer competitive pay while still allowing for compensation growth within the position and company.

Pay Range

16.50 – 22 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
