We are looking for a highly capable Contract Analyst to support our business on contracts. As a Contract Analyst within Aristocrat-Labs (ALABs), you will be responsible for ensuring contracts are reviewed and executed in a timely manner for the business. You will also draft and collaborate on contractual provisions and amendments when appropriate and interpret contractual requirements by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders. As a Contract Analyst, you will examine contract clauses, liabilities, stipulations, obligations, and recommend provisions and amendments accordingly. You will review and negotiate contract and payment terms, ensuring a contract complies with legal requirements and policies to prevent potential risks to the business. You will also engage with internal stakeholders on innovative or cost-effective ways to comply with their contractual obligations.
What You’ll Do
- Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
- Work with the internal stakeholders and legal to ensure contracts’ continuous movement and escalate when needed.
- Analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, terms and conditions and liabilities.
- Negotiating contract terms, conditions and pricing and ensuring legal compliance requirements and policies are adhered to.
- Providing accurate updates on all outstanding contractual documents to management and the business owners as required through Aristocrats systems or other tracking mechanisms.
- Focus on contingent worker contracts and any additional overflow assigned from Business Operations management.
- Serve as a contract management lead as assigned.
- Perform contract management tasks on medium-complexity projects, as assigned.
- Reporting to the Senior Software Asset Manager (SSAM) and providing ongoing support when required.
- Building and maintaining internal customer centricity and external vendor relationships.
- Lead negotiations for all assigned agreements with moderate management support.
- Documenting and maintaining processes, procedures and databases.
- Ensuring purchase order optimization within ALABs.
- Assisting the business operations team with any related tasks to Software Asset Management (SAM) licensing when required.
- Preparing financial data that satisfies the requirements of the finance team which can be amalgamated into their workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with Vendors and internal Stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism

The US based roles may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
Pay Range
$59,500 – $110,500 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
