As part of our after-sales activities, you respond to all requests from our website, from private and professional customers.
First level of service, you provide them with solutions adapted to their needs on a daily basis.
Your missions:
– Analyze the customer’s request,
– Accurately diagnose the breakdown and/or malfunction of the product,
– Provide remote assistance for simple breakdown resolution,
– Create a file for any after-sales service intervention,
– Prepare quotes for customers…
In the constant search for customer satisfaction, you demonstrate a successful customer experience.
Beyond your interpersonal, listening and customer respect skills, you have good analytical and diagnostic skills. Autonomous, you demonstrate methodology and rigor in respecting established processes.
Good writing skills are required for the position.
Proficiency in IT tools (Office Pack, SAP or other customer relationship management system) will be appreciated.
