Service technician / customer service technician (m/f/d) for the Munich region
This is what awaits you:
- You independently carry out regional repair and maintenance services, advise our customers on-site on technical matters and provide installation support
- You are responsible for and decide on warranty decisions for customers
- You manage your planned customer orders independently and thus increase your capacity efficiency
- You support the implementation of installation training for external tradesmen
- You record and maintain order-relevant data for order processing and damage registration after successful completion of the service call
- You independently manage a spare parts warehouse
- You will be responsible for the training and coordination of technical assistants for joint order processing
What you bring with you:
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training. Alternatively, you can also switch careers if you have completed vocational training and have a high affinity for craftsmanship
- You have a very good technical understanding and interest
- You impress with a high level of customer affinity, a strong service orientation and strong communication skills
- You are regionally mobile and have a class B driving license
- You are a team player, independent, proactive and solution-oriented
- You have a good understanding of IT solutions & processes
