The Opportunity

Step into the world of Adobe as an Inside Sales Representative – Own Quota. This role offers a unique platform to work with our exceptional digital tools and solutions, helping businesses transform their customer interactions. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will drive success through collaboration, ambition, and a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
What You’ll Do

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Adobe’s suite of products, including Creative Cloud for Teams, Adobe Sign, and Enterprise Programs.
  • Research customer contracts and purchasing history using Adobe’s customer management systems and external sources like LinkedIn to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying updated on the latest Adobe technologies and solutions through continuous learning and self-study.
  • Educate customers on Adobe’s offerings by developing tailored use cases and conducting product demos.
  • Build and nurture relationships with c-suite executives and key decision-makers to foster deeper engagements and drive sales.
  • Conduct in-depth prospecting on assigned accounts to uncover and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through strategic campaigns.
  • Identify high-value accounts and drive higher Average Revenue per Transaction, ensuring the successful implementation of large deals and providing accurate sales forecasts.
  • Meet weekly, daily, and monthly sales goals, enhancing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and increasing upselling opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline, providing timely and accurate updates to management on progress and outlook.
  • Build value-based relationships with assigned accounts and take complete ownership of customer interactions and satisfaction.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar sales role, managing a portfolio of services contract renewals directly or through indirect channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational, follow-through, and documentation skills suitable for client communication.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and proactively get results.
