Are you passionate about using data to drive smarter business decisions and optimize profitability? Solenis is looking for a talented Data Insight Analyst to join our Pool Solutions team! In this role, you will research and analyze complex data to provide insights that inform business strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of data quality. You will focus your support on accounts for The Home Depot, Lowe’s and Ace.

You will work with cross-functional teams to gather, process, and analyze critical business data, transforming raw numbers into actionable insights. You’ll help identify trends, forecast future outcomes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather and analyze data, ensuring the information is relevant and accurate.
  • Support data collection efforts, including item setup and other related tasks.
  • Verify data quality and consistency to ensure reliable analysis and reporting.
  • Identify the data needed to provide valuable insights and make informed predictions, including space optimization recommendations.
  • Use data to make actionable recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency at all levels.
  • Develop and implement regional business plans in alignment with program goals.
  • Communicate complex insights in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure the integrity, quality, and consistency of data management processes.
  • Track system performance and usage metrics to optimize data handling.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with statistics, datasets, and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Great communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other teams.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to transform complex data into meaningful, easy-to-understand insights.

Whilst this is a remote opportunity, you will be required to work on Eastern standard time.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,850.00 and $113,190.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
