Department Overview
The Digital Recognition Network (DRN) operates within Motorola Solutions as a dynamic internal start-up, focusing on license plate recognition (LPR) technology and data insights. DRN includes the MVTRAC and Secure Collateral Management (SCM) brands, which collectively serve the financial services, automotive recovery, collections, and insurance markets. Our goal is to equip customers with the tools and data-driven insights necessary to make informed decisions and protect their financial interests.
Job Description
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on generating demand across our DRN, MVTRAC, and SCM brands. This position will be instrumental in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies that align with our sales goals and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with national and state associations, media outlets, and subject matter experts to expand our reach and influence
- Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline across digital and traditional channels
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
- Enhance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business objectives
- Manage assigned budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns
- Analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimize marketing performance
- An excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services technology or automotive recovery sectors a plus
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Google Ads certification
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices
- Certification in Google Ads, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Occasional travel for industry events, conferences, or team meetings
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital campaign management, and/or digital marketing
