Job Description
A bit about this role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to design and scale innovative solutions for our medication adherence program while supporting the growth of our organization. At Devoted Health, we set ambitious goals – including achieving 5 Stars on all triple-weighted medication adherence measures – and we’re looking for someone eager to tackle this challenge with creativity, determination, and a passion for improving healthcare.
In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking and operational excellence to drive the success of our Pharmacy Guide team. Leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll optimize workflows, solve complex problems, and collaborate with senior leaders to develop impactful programs that enhance medication adherence and improve member outcomes. And above all else, you’ll operate as a people-first leader, dedicated to empowering and elevating your team to achieve their fullest potential.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are excited to lead high-performing teams, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities and Impact will include:
- Owning performance against all three medication adherence measures and driving measurable results.
- Designing and executing the operational strategy and roadmap for our Medication Adherence Guide-led function.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and clinical leaders to develop and implement impactful initiatives.
- Leading a distributed team of managers and pharmacy guides across multiple time zones.
- Driving a culture of member-centricity, operational excellence, and accountability within a growing team.
- Balancing clinical operations, pilot programs, and health plan initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Establishing metrics-driven incentives and managing budgets to support growth and efficiency.
- Reporting performance metrics and strategic progress to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational, analytical, and organizational skills, including experience designing scalable, repeatable processes.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, setting ambitious targets, and driving execution.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate needs, objectives, and strategies clearly.
- Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve outcomes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving healthcare and delivering high-quality care.
- Proven leadership, agility, and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and implement practical solutions.
- Recent MBA graduate or experienced professional, with prior health plan experience preferred.
- Clinical expertise – Advanced degrees (MHA, MPH, or PharmD) are highly valued.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
