About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Legal Operations Specialist who will support various administrative requirements of the Legal team. Responsibilities will include contract administration, ebilling, filing, Slab maintenance, program management support, research, support of systems and tools, and various responsibilities as may be necessary to support and optimize how Legal operates.
This is a full-time, remote position based in the US.

What You’ll Do
- Serving as Legal Operations team administrator of any areas requiring organizational, administrative, clerical, or other overflow support.
- Supporting program management as requested in support of process workflow designs, updating project plans, monitoring due dates / task completion, scheduling meetings, presentation preparation, training development, specifications/requirements gathering, etc.
- Providing contract administration and contract lifecycle management, inclusive of clean-up activities of legacy files and ongoing maintenance to ensure current and accurate meta-data, and provide ongoing support to Fivetran team members to locate contracts or contractual terms, and/or general CLM technology and associated workflow support.
- Supporting eBilling activities from vendor set up through serving as liaison between Legal and Accounting to ensure timely payment processing and accurate reporting and monitoring of Legal’s vendor spend.
Skills We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and/or legal operations professional.
- Prior experience at a high-growth private company.
- Proven success in supporting e billing and/or contract administration.
- Experience with eBilling from vendor setup to payment processing, acting as liaison between Legal and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of vendor spend.
- Prior experience with program management with project plans, task tracking, meetings, presentations, training, and requirements gathering.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a resilient, results-driven mindset.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to navigate challenges effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.
Pay Range
$107,711.96—$129,259.52 USD
