About the Role
We are looking for someone who can perform day to day administration tasks within an Operations team. Primarily the role will be to support investment managers in the administration of the ISAs under their management in accordance with the HMRC ISA regulations. Other responsibilities involve the monitoring of nominee transfers and overseeing the secure transfer of client cash.

You will be required to maintain good records for review by both management and auditors to ensure departmental procedures are being adhered to.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of cash balances across ISA accounts
  • Verifying that client documentation is completed to an adequate level.
  • Processing of deceased ISA additional permitted subscription requests.
  • Assisting with annual ISA HMRC reporting.
  • Completion and dispatch of ISA transfer history form to external providers.
  • Ensure that the necessary checks relating to updating our books and records are completed appropriately.
  • Liaison with other Operations teams and Investment management teams as necessary to complete tasks.
  • To assist the Team Manager to ensure that the department provides an effective and efficient service.
  • Adherence to appropriate CASS regulations.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks as required to include support within the operations teams.

  • Prior experience working as part of a team within the Wealth Management industry desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel
