Partner Marketing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our OEM Partner Marketing team, building our OEM Marketing strategy and driving pipeline to help grow our business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive Partner Marketing plans with our Partner ecosystem in Southern Europe, Middle East and Israel
  • Working with channel sales teams to engage with regional partners
  • Marketing enablement and annual planning to drive demand through the target Partner organisations
  • Joint marketing planning and execution with Distribution
  • Advising campaign marketing to enable them to build the right campaign materials for our Partners
  • Generating demand, qualified leads, opportunities and pipeline with partners via our MDF process
  • Analysing results and course correcting plans
  • Building a trusted and valued relationship with your partner contacts

What we need to see:

  • A degree from a leading university in a business or marketing field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of storage vendor landscape would be helpful.
  • 5-8+ years of experience within a similar function.
  • Experience of marketing within a channel led environment within B2B / enterprise marketing.
  • Proven experience of encouraging positive relationships with channel teams and channel partners.
  • Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities.
  • Understanding of computing and AI technology
  • Experience of crafting, owning and delivering an EMEA Marketing plan

  • Able to continually innovate, think strategically whilst coordinate many moving parts
  • Natural inclination to measure the efficiency of marketing activities
  • Strong written and oral communications skills. Proficient English and French.
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure.
