Position Overview
The Process and Systems Manager, Clinical Delivery actively contributes to the design, build, and implementation of the operational processes and systems needed for successful execution of patient-centered programs. They are the primary driver of this work for activities around the Future of Medicine Program. This includes working closely with Clinical Delivery leadership, Marketing, IT, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, and other key stakeholders within and outside the company to ensure the completion of the processes and infrastructure required to deliver Clinical Delivery programs. They will take information from leadership regarding the desired outcomes of programs and use it to drive progress. This is a highly autonomous role that is expected to complete their work to a high standard with minimal oversight from leadership.

This role requires a strong working knowledge of and experience in the clinical research industry, a proven track record working successfully in patient recruitment, patient retention, and/or customer service, and experience building and implementing systems to optimize team performance.

  • Comfort with various tech systems and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Adept at developing effective processes and workflows and understanding when a process is ineffective or inefficient
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all situations and work effectively with a diverse group of individuals
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel)
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Proficient in research terminology and basic medical terminology
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Adept at using multiple different systems to track information and pull data
  • Bias for action and ability to execute a high volume of work daily

Physical and Travel Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science related field or the equivalent experience
  • At least four years of experience supporting the work of patient facing teams
  • Experience developing processes and identifying systems for a department experiencing rapid growth
  • Fluency in English

Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science related field or the equivalent experience
