eTeacher group is seeking experienced Product Marketing Managers / Marketing Managers to lead and drive the comprehensive marketing strategies for our brands. The successful candidates will own the end-to-end marketing vision for their respective brands, from strategy and planning to execution, all while working closely with various teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the assigned brand (Rosen/IIBS/IBC), including benchmarking, market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Ownership: Manage GTM planning and execution, ensuring a cohesive marketing vision from product positioning and messaging to launches, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, webinars, paid media, loyalty programs, influencer marketing, and community-building initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Define and manage the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and positioning across all touchpoints (digital and offline).
  • Community Building & Engagement: Develop and nurture an engaged community of students and prospective customers through effective content marketing, social media management, and online events (e.g., webinars).
  • Social media & Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage the brand’s presence across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. Lead social media channel management and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand awareness.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product, sales, design, content, and tech teams to ensure alignment across departments, and support the broader marketing vision of eTeacher Group.
  • Marketing Optimization: Ensure continuous analysis of campaign performance through audience insights, and marketing analytics tools to optimize initiatives and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role in online marketing.
  • Expertise in Online Marketing: Strong background in online marketing strategies, including paid media (social and search), email marketing, and community management.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and utilizing insights to guide product positioning and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Go-To-Market Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for both product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Management: Expertise in multi-channel marketing, particularly in managing social media campaigns, webinars, loyalty programs, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
  • Brand Management: Experience in managing and scaling brand identity, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints and marketing materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, content, and technical teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Ed-Tech industry
  • Experience working with e-commerce websites and platforms.
  • Experience with community-building and engagement strategies for educational or online learning platforms
  • Experience in PR, social media management, and influencer marketing.
