We are looking for you for our open position as Sales Manager (m/f/d) ! Start in the sales team and support our customers with all questions and concerns that arise in connection with buying a car. You will also make an important contribution to ensuring a smooth process and an excellent customer experience in our Autohero Retail Department. In this department, we offer our customers an incomparable online car buying experience.
Job Description
your new role

• Represent our premium used car platform via telephone and email (no video calls) and convince our private buyers with your negotiating skills
• Generate your sales success through your personal customer service and take your success into your own hands
• You only have contact with pre-qualified customers (no cold calling)
• Manage the entire purchase process from the first inquiry to completion and always be a competent contact person
• Increase your attractive salary by selling additional services such as extended warranties, financing and much more via cross-sells and upsells

• You are a passionate salesperson! You have a strong and proactive self-motivation and are passionate about your goals and sales
• You have experience in customer service and telesales – NOT A MUST!
• You have a self-confident demeanor, are a communication talent, enjoy working in a team and are in constant and sustainable contact with customers
• You value personal development and career opportunities
• You are fluent in written and spoken German – other languages ​​are a plus

Additional Information
The work will be entirely from home and shifts will total 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, two days off per week, from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
