Job Description: Sales Manager Pool Solutions 💧🌊

Are you passionate about business development and sustainable solutions? Join our Pool Solutions division in France and play a key role in expanding our market presence!

As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for developing our specialized distribution network and GSA/GSB . You will work with a dynamic team to support the company in the growth of its activities.

Location of the Post 📍

The ideal candidate will reside in the north-east of France , preferably in one of the following departments:
Aisne (02), Ardennes (08), Aube (10), Côte-d’Or (21), Doubs (25), Jura (39), Haute-Marne (52), Meurthe-et-Moselle (54), Meuse (55), Moselle (57), Bas-Rhin (67), Haut-Rhin (68), Haute-Saône (70), Saône-et-Loire (71), Somme (80), Vosges (88), Territoire de Belfort (90).

This location will facilitate the geographical coverage required for weekly trips to customers.

Your Mission 🚀

  • Development of the commercial action plan to boost the growth of our sector.
  • Animation of customer relations and negotiation with key accounts .
  • Achievement of turnover and margin targets , with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Active prospecting and business development , presentation of innovative products and solutions.
  • Loyalty and creation of sustainable regional partnerships .
  • Optimization of operational marketing tools .
  • Analysis of results and sales forecasts via our CRM.
  • Active participation in the company’s HSE culture, aiming for “Goal is Zero” in terms of safety.

The Profile We Are Looking For 🎯

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role (ideally multi-network).
  • You have a Bac+3/+5 qualification in business and a strong taste for technical products.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have strong communication skills , both oral and written.
  • You are flexible and have a real ability to solve problems and adapt .
  • You are a natural leader , with strong analytical skills and a collective spirit.

All with a valid driving license to make regular trips.
