Sector Manager – Reims (M/F)

We are looking for Sector Managers to join our superb Sales Force (see locations below, non-exhaustive list).

Possible locations:

• Clermont
• Sense
• Rennes
• Angers
• Bayonne/Pau
• Bordeaux
• Reims
• Corsica

Duration: 6-month fixed-term contract initially with the possibility of switching to a permanent contract at the end depending on potential

Start date: January 2025

YOUR MISSIONS

Reporting to the Regional Director, you independently manage a portfolio of stores in a particular sector (between 40 and 80 points of sale depending on the category and sector).

Your main mission will be to develop the market share of your product portfolio in your sector:

• Ensure the permanent presence of our products, and reference new products; 
• Optimize their linear layout so that they are clearly visible; 
• Negotiate and implement promotional actions. 
• Analysis and monitoring of sector performance (DN, disruptions, changes in turnover, etc.)
• Carry out active monitoring of the competitive environment

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• With higher education ranging from Bac+2 to Bac+5 depending on your profile, you benefit from initial successful experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the distribution sector
• You are rigorous and organized
• You have good performance analysis skills, a strong team spirit and a developed commercial sense,
• You have very good interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges,
• You demonstrate autonomy and are results-oriented,
• Driving license B is mandatory.

THE MAINTENANCE PROCESS

• Telephone prequalification with a member of the HR team
• Face-to-face interview in different cities in France or remotely if necessary
