Maven is looking for a highly creative and results-oriented Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative Team. As Senior Designer, you will be a key player in the development and execution of high-impact performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a proven track record of designing high-performing creative that drives measurable ROI. You will also be responsible for leading the evolution of our visual identity across all areas of the brand, including, web, digital, and social. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative strategies and visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience. You should be a master of visual storytelling with a keen understanding of how design influences user behavior and contributes to business goals. A strong brand design and visual identity background in B2B/B2C experience is needed, with healthcare being nice to have.
As a Senior Brand Designer at Maven, you will be responsible for:
- Brand Strategy: Develop visual brand strategies that align with our business goals, and proactively propose solutions to help improve project outcomes.
- Visual Identity: Build upon and evolve our brand guidelines by establishing sophisticated visual systems across a range of project types, including marketing and product.
- Marketing Expertise: Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing material across various channels and formats, including paid social, display advertising, email marketing, web, landing pages, and video.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Present creative concepts to teams across the organization in a clear and compelling manner.
- Brand Guidelines: Strive to maintain the brand standard across all projects and ensure consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of visual design experience, with a strong focus on branding and performance marketing.
- Skills: Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects, including branding, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of brand identities, digital marketing principles, website design best practices, and performance marketing metrics.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency or growth-stage startup environment
- Experience designing for health, tech, or wellness brands
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $140,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
