Autodesk Entertainment & Media Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Strategy Manager. You have management consulting experience and experience in the media and entertainment industry. You will drive multiple strategies and growth plans for Autodesk’s Media Entertainment division. We expect you to understand the industry to make important decisions. You will take on multiple roles and responsibilities while delivering results.
You will be a significant contributor to the success of Autodesk’s Media & Entertainment division, working with a talented and dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about bringing the latest technologies to the media and entertainment industry.
Location: You can be based in Montreal, Toronto, San Francisco, Los Angeles (hybrid/remote options available) and will report to the Senior Director, M&E Business Strategy.
Responsibilities
- You will contribute to the development of the strategic planning process for Autodesk’s Media & Entertainment division
- You will collaborate with the Industrial Strategy team providing feedback on industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- You will collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to influence and implement growth plans, including successful GTM approaches for new products and platforms
- You lead market research and analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
- You will develop relationships with stakeholders including executives, customers, partners and industry associations
- You will use your consulting experience to provide expertise, identify strategic opportunities, operational efficiencies and implement best practices
- You lead plans for new offerings and products, including business model frameworks, pricing strategies and distribution channels
- You will develop and monitor metrics to assess the success of growth plans
- You will present the results and make recommendations to general management and other partners (internal and external)
Minimum qualifications
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- You have 10+ years of professional experience in a role, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, or in a strategy and operations focused role in a gaming or technology company and have 5+ years working in the M&E industry
- You are an Excel expert and know how to tell stories in PowerPoint using your analysis
- You are able to travel up to 20%
