An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial Team as a SME Portfolio Manager. We’re looking for a candidate who enjoys working within a team environment, who is hard-working and will be committed to achieving our financial business plan. What will I be doing?
- Driving product profitability, growth, and customer outcomes, ensuring top and bottom-line KPIs are met
- Acting as the internal and external face of your product & portfolio, communicating the SME proposition to stakeholders and the market
- Building and maintaining a high-performing product squad, fostering development through feedback and coaching
- Leading end-to-end product development, working with cross-functional teams to improve products from commercial, customer, and regulatory perspectives
- Collaborating with pricing teams to define and implement income and pricing strategies for the product portfolio
- Staying informed about the SME market, identifying and responding to emerging opportunities and threats
- Working with distribution and strategy teams to create profitable deals and optimize existing partnerships
- Reviewing claims trends, case referrals, and voidances to recommend product improvements
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance product efficiency and flow
- Ensuring operational control and compliance, working with technical teams to deliver good customer outcomes
- Building strong cross-functional relationships to enhance team and department operations
- Ensuring customer and partnership satisfaction metrics are met to sustain the portfolio long-term

- 36.25 working hours per week, along with a range of flexible working options
