We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing team!

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement features, and ensure that the software meets performance, scalability, and security standards.

How You Will Contribute

• Implement software features as specified by product, design, or engineering
• Advise fellow engineers on technical designs of systems
• Upgrade and maintain existing systems for reliability, performance, and security
• Analyze existing code for improvements and usability
• Develop and run automated test suites to confirm correctness of written software
• Advise teammates on the possibilities of current code
• Advise teammates on cost-effective ways to deliver end-user value and functionality
• Deploy written code live to staging and production environments
• Review code of fellow engineers

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails or ReactJS
• High-level technical communication skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• 1 – 3 years experience in a similar position

Pay Range

$100,000 – $120,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
