A Solution Consultant is responsible for helping clients transform their tech workforce by presenting Pluralsight’s multi product platform (Skills + Cloud) to prospective customers, crafting and delivering demonstrations of the product suite, gathering customer technical requirements, crafting evaluation plans with customers, being responsible for the evaluation process to a successful conclusion and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team.

What you’ll do:

  • Evangelize the value which our products deliver to our customers by applying our Value Selling approach in partnership with our customers
  • Be the expert at positioning and demoing the Pluralsight’s products and services and act as a SME for the assigned sales team for all related questions
  • Conduct customer facing technical sales calls
  • Develop and deliver targeted & specific product demonstrations to executives & decision makers
  • Assist assigned sales teams in responding to technical requirements included within RFP/RFIs

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Sales engineering or similar experience, ideally with a Software as a Service
  • Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers
  • Understanding of SaaS selling structures, measurements, and critical success factors
  • Understanding of APIs and how enterprise technology platforms integrate with other enterprise technologies
  • Ability to effectively aid in discovery of customer pain points and initiatives and translate that information into a value based, customer centric solution

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree without experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Experience with common sales methodologies and processes
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, concise manner

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
