Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst Sr to join our team and work on a challenging project for Colombia. The CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for designing and supervising CRM and application integration projects developed in Dynamics 365, focusing on the implementation, configuration and administration of the same. The role will involve both analysis and active participation in CRM development and unblocking complications, effective management of time and deadlines.
Key Requirements:

• Process design: The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the process design of architecture, testing and deployment to meet the requirements for modifications and implementations in the CRM and applications.
• Technical requirements gathering: Solid experience gathering and prioritizing requirements of development and business teams.
• Work Management and Delivery: Solid experience managing delivery and the workload of the development team
• Incident Resolution and Support: Support to teams externally to find possible issues or gaps in the development of the project
• CRM Management and Data Analytics: Experience managing CRM and data analytics processes for implementation, migration and modifications.
• Reporting and planning: General status reporting to PMO, analysis of potential risks in delivery times, management of extra needs and creation of solid deadlines.
• Intermediate – advanced level of English to be able to communicate with international technical teams
