Position Summary:
As the Enterprise Analytics Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading the analytics strategy for WEX’s internal corporate functions, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will manage a team of analysts responsible for delivering actionable insights and to support data needs such as for customer data platform (CDP) and other data consuming systems. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Vision
- Define the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for innovative, end-to-end customer experiences that delight users and establish strong market positioning.
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide analytics strategy, including engagement and service delivery models, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
- Set the strategic direction for data and analytics products, aligning projects and resources to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Customer-Centric Solutions
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate rapidly to enhance customer experiences.
- Drive business model innovation, pricing strategies, first-use success, cross-sell initiatives, and customer support optimization in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Oversee the integration and utilization of marketing and sales data to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, data analysts, and analytics leaders by providing actionable feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging teams to challenge the status quo and redefine what’s possible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior and executive business stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Risk to define and prioritize opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technology teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Tech Leads, and Architects, to build scalable and impactful solutions.
Operational Excellence
- Lead the prioritization of product initiatives, making tough tradeoffs to ensure resources focus on solving the biggest customer problems and achieving durable business benefits such as revenue growth, adoption, and retention.
- Establish and uphold data governance principles to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across the enterprise.
Data-Driven Insights and Innovation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, campaign performance, sales trends, and other key metrics to identify actionable insights and opportunities for growth.
- Utilize advanced tools like Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, and ThoughtSpot to deliver impactful data visualization and reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in analytics, data visualization, and customer data platform (CDP) technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Executive Communication
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of Product Manager experience in environments that embrace customer driven innovation, rapid experimentation, data-driven decisions and results-orientation.
- Experienced in proven methodologies to develop great products, including customer driven innovation, rapid experimentation, prototyping, product analytics and using OKRs to measure outcomes.
- Proven track record of setting product strategy for a large portfolio and translating it into a product roadmap with excellent end to end execution.
- Demonstrated success in creating a vision to inspire, prioritizing key deliverables, defining and building roadmaps, and managing internal and external commitments.
- Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand how data, technology and common capabilities can enable your strategy and vision.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to partner well cross-functionally, especially with engineering and marketing and risk.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Experience building global ready or international offerings is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree required, advanced degree is a plus.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX’s total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $188,000.00 – $250,000.00
