The Managed Services Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the Information Technology operations for PIH Health, a multi-hospital system. This role focuses on the seamless functioning and integration of key Oracle enterprise systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM, as well as other related systems. The position involves handling ERP implementation, system migration, and ensuring structured daily operations while leveraging best practices and monitoring core metrics. Additionally, the role includes shared P&L responsibilities for one or more cost centers, with accountability for the overall profitability of IT operations within the Managed Services business unit.
Essential Functions/Major Job Responsibilities:
- Support finance transformation initiatives as a key team member, working with project team members, business stakeholders, and client management to align ERP operational vision with key business processes and technology roadmaps.
- Oversee and manage ERP implementation and system migration projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Support project initiation, requirements, and design to ensure successful initiation of projects within the practice.
- Ensure effective and efficient IT services that meet the needs of PIH Health.
- Manage client relationships and promptly resolve client issues.
- Continuously manage risks associated with IT operations and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize and manage staff effectively to achieve milestones and goals while ensuring staff motivation and competency.
- Provide indirect leadership as vendor operations management, offering direction and acting as the process owner for an organization comprising local and remote resources.
- Identify and recruit internal/external talent to ensure an effective mix of competencies as defined by business requirements.
- Onboard new hires, manage, and oversee their responsibilities to maximize performance quickly.
- Set and communicate team and individual objectives and KPIs to inspire high performance, regularly leveraging data to monitor progress.
- Allocate workload to fully utilize employee talent, meet project objectives, and support ongoing operations.
- Support a culture of accountability and advocate for organizational culture within assigned teams.
- Collaborate with leaders at the same level within IT/IS and with operational leaders across the health system.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Advanced degree or certifications (preferred)
Work Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in an operating environment, including hands-on experience with ERP systems implementation and migration projects.
Management Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant leadership experience, including responsibility for organizational objectives and managing large teams

Salary Range
$99,290 – $1,290,775 USD
