Job Description:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of digital projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
- Implement effective project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to optimize efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure project deliverables align with their needs.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns or questions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and resolve defects.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
