Job Description:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of digital projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and clients, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to optimize efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure project deliverables align with their needs.
  • Manage client expectations and address any concerns or questions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and resolve defects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Analyze project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
