Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Research Specialist is to conduct in-depth research using various sources to obtain information from public records. This position requires a strong ability to analyze and interpret information and data to provide accurate and timely results to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- College level or equivalent required. College graduate preferred;
- 1+ years prior experience in an office setting, preferably in the BPO industry;
- Exp. in Salesforce;
- Able to navigate between multiple windows / browsers with ease, perform extensive internet research and type 45 WPM;
- Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office products;
- Data Analyst or other related jobs are welcome to apply;
- Ability to sit at a desk and working on computer for periods of time;
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Remote | Philippine-wide
- Full-time Graveyard Shift
- 5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed
- Salary for this position will depend on the candidate’s level of qualifications and experience.
- For permanent position.
- Not presently employed by another company.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and process data for an organization.
- Perform a variety of administrative data tasks, including general data entry and data interpretation.
- Conduct research and manage data.
- Communicate results from the gathered data to the respective department or client.
- Perform records searches via select databases and sites.
- Follow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership.
- Determine reportable records for the client by sorting through data.
- Understand and apply guidelines in search criteria.
- Analyze data appropriately, adhering to strictly regulated procedures and quality standards.
- Learn and retain information to apply it in specific job situations.
- Provide support in a team-based environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and/or applicants as needed.
- Meet team productivity and accuracy standards.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
