About this role:

The Project Specialist will be part of SRS & Growth Accelerator team, enabling data-based decision making and facilitating smooth operations of overall team. Using a wide range of automation tools, dashboards, you will work on diverse work streams and deliverables, identify and creatively solve complex problems, and help the Response Hub CoE transform and scale (Response Hub CoE is a dedicated COE focused on preparing and delivering high-quality actionable written responses with an aim of reducing inquiry cycle time). You will be expected to collaborate with various departments to gather and analyse data while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.

What you’ll do: 

Project management:

  • Prepare and maintain project and process workflow content, materials & documentation
  • Enable regular analysis on process gaps, support in development and tracking of success metrics for new pilots
  • Timely escalation of things in case any challenges arise while displaying a solution-oriented mindset
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders (Research Engagement Services, Analysts, Services, Sales, IT) on a regular basis for ongoing projects

Reporting:

  • Support team managers in creating and maintaining reporting processes and tools
  • Prepare and maintain PBI dashboards to cater to ad-hoc leadership report requests
  • Generate periodic and ad-hoc ops reports as and when needed
  • Manage and track various L&D subscriptions to report their usage

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop, own and run automation scripts to enable daily workflow tasks
  • Develop domain familiarity for classification and allocation of client inquiries
  • Facilitate team engagement events like townhall with agenda building, session planning etc.

What you’ll need:

  • Graduation in any specialization with 1-3 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrate a strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Basic understanding and exposure to visualization/ automation tools/ running automation scripts is desirable (e.g. Power BI, UIpath, PowerApps, VBA scripting, Google app script, etc.)
