Director of Treasury

The Director of Treasury will be responsible to forecast and analyze the Company’s cash flow, assess risks to liquidity and provide weekly liquidity reports. Requires deep understanding of working capital management, financial reporting and excel proficiency.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Cash Management:
    • Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
    • Prepare cash flow reports and identifies and evaluates variances
    • Monitor cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances and unusual items are investigated
    •  Monitor and analyze the Company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate/optimize the short-term borrowing
  • Cash Forecasting:
    • Develop appropriate reporting and modeling capabilities required to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs through indirect modeling working closely with corporate FP&A
    • Work with FP&A on developing operating cash flow forecasts, enhance visibility into cash balances, optimize working capital and establish metrics/key performance indicators
    • Effectively work with internal business partners including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Legal, Tax/ Legal teams and IT to accurately forecast timing and amount of future cash flows
  • Other Reporting Requirements:
    • Assist other departments (e.g., Audit, Accounting) with quarter-end and ad hoc information requests as needed
    • Assist with presentation material for investors, rating agencies or the Board of Directors as needed
  • Duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting and accounting
  • Strong financial modeling
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite including strong Excel skills

Preferred:

  • CPA, CTP, CFA, FP&A certification
