Position Overview:
The Professional Services Director will be accountable for the overall Americas PS Payments and Identity P&L. As such he will be responsible for partnering with the Sales team to ensure alignment of the PS team and the business. The PS director will be accountable for leading, coaching and organizing his team (project managers, system integrators, subject matter experts) to deliver projects on-time and on cost with a high degree of ethics and customer success.
She/He will be responsible as well to define and drive the strategy to achieve attributed objectivesfor the PS business in his region, manage and anticipate the staffing level (colleagues and contractors) in adequation with defined business goals and report on the Americas PS P&L (revenue and margin) by providing regular update during business review on various business metrics (actuals, backlog, forecast, pipeline, risks, market trends)
She/He is responsible as well to adapt the internal processes and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and business expectations. The Professional Services Director Americas reports to the Vice President PS Payment & Identity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of the Professional Services activities in Americas (NORAM & LATAM) for the P&I segment, aligned with the Entrust strategy and business focus.
• Supervise the implementation activities with PS Managers and Project Managers, ensuring good level of Customer Satisfaction and profitability of deployment projects and maintenance activities.
• Lead the monitoring of performance KPIs with the team, and reports to PS executive management: revenue forecast, gross margin, billable rates, utilization…• Anticipate and adapt the level of staffing to achieve defined goals
• Work alongside the Sales team in Americas to secure our deliverables commitments: support Sales cycle, review Technical Sales Consultant offers, accelerate deal closing.
• Collaborate closely with the VP PS P&I to ensure prioritization in delivering the backlog, and optimization of billable rates of the team.
• Ensure team members are sufficiently skilled to manage complex projects and customer situations.
• Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring that Entrust values and approach are displayed in the PS team.
• Improve the PS Colleague experience from onboarding to offboarding (integration process, enablement, continuous development)
• Proactively support the transformation of Entrust to reach high standard of people individual performance and delivery excellence.
• Challenge existing processes & tools to ensure we provide strong support to our teams in their day-to-day activities.
• Build and develop internal Communities (all teams, expert communities) to boost team spirit, collaboration, best practices sharing.
Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of leadership in leading a Professional Services activities with a technical background.
• Proven knowledge of project management, development and system integration concepts and practices
• Outstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, end-to-end thinking, and a high level of ownership.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, including the ability to clearly communicate and influence in regards to business and technical concepts.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master in computing science
• PMP certified or similar Project Management recognized industry standards
• Technical expertise in the areas of EMV, smart card, identity management, biometrics, information security, operations, IT infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects to Government and Financial customers.
• Technical knowledge of networking and/or computer applications.
• Experience performing financial analysis.
• Spanish speaker
Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is 165836 – 248754 Pay ranges will vary and will be set in the applicable currency. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. Please speak with the recruiter for more details.
