Independence Pet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a remote Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Systems Analyst, responsible for supporting the ERP / MS Dynamics activities for all brands across North America. This key position is expected to add value by supporting users in finance, procurement, order to cash. This role will effectively influence and implement process enhancements and ensure a well-managed cadence throughout the fiscal year.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Systems Analyst reports to the Senior Director Financial Systems. This role’s responsibilities span across the organization. This is a rapidly growing organization. Critical analytic skills and the drive to deliver timely and effective results in a fast-paced environment are required for this role to be successful.
Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US) and Quebec, Nunavut, NW Territories, Yukon (Canada)
Main Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, including requirements gathering, documentation, design, testing, training and support
- Document and communicate issues to project management
- Work with users and external consultants to document business and technical processes, requirements for custom development needs
- Assist with application updates and upgrades
- Provide on-going support to users including following-up on tickets with appropriate urgency
- Deep knowledge of financial process – procure to pay, order to cash and record to report.
- Develops a deep subject matter expertise of the underlying business, our technology, controls and governance supporting planning and reporting processes.
- Contributes to M&A processes and valuation practices, while driving implementation of acquired business.
- Is a key contributor to the EPM implementation process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 implementation and support experience
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Experience in financial reporting, financial statement consolidations, and intercompany allocation processes
- Experience in Payroll & Benefit systems (Workday)
- Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a department-first mindset
- Full-strength skillset using Microsoft Office, with a high degree of competence in Excel and PowerPoint
