Senior HR Generalist

We’re on the lookout for a Senior HR Generalist to join the HR Team. The strategy of the HR and Learning function is to create a culture to attract and retain the best and most diverse talent. We drive initiatives to ensure that our team and our business are inclusive, commercially focused, data led and delivers on the needs of our customers.

Our People Services team are responsible for delivering effective people policies and processes in line with business requirements, relevant legislation and agreed SLAs.

We’re looking for someone with a high level of organisation, stakeholder management and effective communication to ensure everything is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

What will I be doing?

  • Process and manage all contractual changes in Workday, including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations.
  • Maintaining the HR inbox and assisting employees with queries
  • Supporting with Data Subject Access Requests
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including regular Workday integrations and refer a friend bonuses
  • Support other members of the team with tasks such as changes to hours, employment screening and onboarding
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and the service that we offer to our employees

You should apply if have…

  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and legislation
  • High level of organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • A strong communicator, with effective communication to ensure everything is delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
  • Experience of using Workday and / or background screening sites
  • Attention to detail is vital, in particular when inputting information in to our systems and extracting results of employee screening.
