What your days might look like

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development, education and execution of the Go-To-Market and Product Marketing plan for our HR and Payroll products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business owners to define winning product propositions that deliver exceptional value for our customers and markets. You’ll develop and execute GTM strategies that drive product adoption, utilisation and accelerate revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer experience and marketing to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

This role is the critical stitching between Product and GTM. It will be pivotal in how we align world class, industry defining products with regional markets and target customers.

This role will have a significant impact on the future of Employment Hero at a crucial time as we look to disrupt the way employment is managed across the globe.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be:

• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
• Create value propositions and messaging that differentiate our products in the market.
• Produce collateral for internal stakeholders, such as 1-pagers, to better enable customer facing teams.
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop strategies to position our products advantageously against competitors.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in running customer and market research.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
