About The Role
An innovative marketing firm is seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to craft engaging advertisements for performance-driven social media ad campaigns. The Creative Strategist will conceptualize and brief innovative, engaging, and conversion-focused ad ideas tailored for platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, Snapchat, YouTube, and other emerging channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing multiple projects while contributing to the creative and strategic success of performance marketing initiatives.
Here’s what you’ll do
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and editors, to develop ad concepts that align with campaign objectives and drive measurable results.
– Own the creative development process, from ideation to final execution, by preparing detailed briefs and providing feedback.
– Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and platform-specific best practices to continuously optimize creative strategies.
– Manage the workflow of multiple creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with strategic goals.
– Review and provide feedback on ad creative to ensure alignment with the strategy and brand guidelines.
– Collaborate with media buyers to test and iterate ad creatives based on performance data and platform metrics.
– Present creative concepts and campaign results to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements
– 2-4+ years of experience in a creative, performance marketing, or advertising role within an agency or in-house brand team.
– Passion for performance-driven marketing and a strong understanding of what makes ads convert across different platforms.
– Detail-oriented with a knack for creating clear, concise, and actionable briefs for creative teams.
– Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
– An analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable creative insights and iterations.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, strategies, and feedback effectively.
– Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
– Proficiency in creative tools like Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus but not required.
