Position Overview:
We’re looking to hire a full-time Advertising Manager to join our exceptional team of individuals who are passionate about delivering uncompromising customer service and driving business growth for our clients. The Advertising Team is responsible for combining strategy with real-time data to strengthen retail media ad campaign performance and ultimately help brands grow on Amazon and other online retail Marketplaces. This role partners with our client Vendor and Seller accounts to analyze data, provide recommendations and execute promotional strategies that support sales goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as the full-time Advertising Manager for an assigned number of Vendor and Seller accounts on Amazon, Target, and/or Walmart where you’ll be the client-facing point of contact for all Advertising related conversations
- Build and present strategic advertising campaigns after extensive product and sub-category research
- Launch campaigns in a clean, organized, and precise fashion for client-specific reporting
- Manage day-to-day advertising console operations, including, but not limited to budget management, bid management, campaign analysis, and optimization
- Report account performance as required with custom-built reporting, meeting agendas, and business reviews
- Build custom audiences for keyword targeting and product targeting objectives using a combination of existing platform reporting and 3rd-party external software systems
- Frequently collaborate with internal Sales, Account Management, and Content teams for client success
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in a similar Amazon Advertising, digital marketing, or PPC/eCPM bid related role with experience creating ad reports and making recommendations on ad budgets/strategies
- Experience working with Amazon, Google, Meta or similar eCommerce retail sales channels (Walmart, Target) preferred
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and use data to inform ad strategies
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including a demonstrated knowledge of Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula writing, and Pivot Tables
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency presenting to and influencing both internal and external audiences
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, scheduling and workflows to meet all deadlines
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment of eCommerce
- BA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Data Analytics, or Business Related (preferred)
- Ability to work full-time from home with the occasional in-person meeting/travel opportunity
