The Implementation Manager II is the technical lead and consultant in the onboarding of new compensation planning clients. This includes helping the client navigate the implementation experience, and partnering with and assisting clients with their tactical compensation administration initiatives within our proprietary compensation point solution software. The Implementation Manager II assumes a leadership role for client facing activities, coordinating the implementation project initiatives of our client partners and ensuring that milestones/goals/deliverables are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the onboarding manager/project manager on all aspects of the implementation planning, milestones and timelines to ensure a successful go-live.
- Gather customer requirements and advise on system best practice solutions.
- Implement compensation systems and solutions in support of client objectives.
- Partner with and assist clients in data configuration and product user interface setup within the PayScale application.
- Demonstrate system functionality throughout the course of the implementation process.
- Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption.
- Establish relationships and ensure open communication channels across multiple functions.
- Lead by example displaying a positive, service first attitude to internal / external clients.
- Educate and develop team members assigned to implementation projects.
Experience:
- Two to four years’ experience in a fast-past Implementation Manager/Consultant role, preferably in SaaS implementation, compensation management, HRIS systems, or any combination thereof.
- Experience in consultative systems requirements gathering.
- Experience being the technical lead
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel required.
- Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment that works towards continuous improvement.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desired.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Understanding of how relational databases work.
- Ability to lead client meetings with confidence and have a keen understanding of the solutions best practices and how they can be incorporated.
- Ability to work successfully, independently, and take ownership of problem solving.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple
- The highest ethical standards are required to protect the confidentiality of client data.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and a commitment to accuracy, reliability, attention to detail, and client service.
- Self-starter, show success in proactive learning, and be self-managing.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $74,112 – $111,212 CAD, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
